Laube led Mount Mercy (0-1) with 21.7 points per game last season and appears poised to increase that tally as a senior. Senior forward Jaxson Fried posted 18 points and reserve Johnnie Jones added 14.
Cedar Rapids Xavier graduate Aidan Yamilkoski grabbed eight rebounds while Laube registered four assists.
